    What genres of music do you work with?

    We are open to considering artists in any of genre. We're always looking for innovative and talented artists who push the boundaries of their respective genres.

    How can I submit my music for consideration?

    Please visit our submissions page for detailed instructions on how to submit your music. We accept submissions electronically via links to streaming platforms or file-sharing services. Please do not send attachments.

    Where are you located?

    Our main office is located in San Francisco, California. However, we work with artists from all over the world.

    II. Recording Contract & Co-Publishing Deals

    Who owns my music?

    While the specifics of ownership vary slightly between recordings and songs, the core concept is that the label/publisher invests in and manages the commercialization of the music, and in return, they own certain rights, while the artist/writer retains other rights and receives compensation (royalties).

    What are the terms of your recording contract

    Our recording contracts typically cover areas such as ownership of master recordings, royalty rates, term length, and exclusivity. We offer artist-friendly deals and believe in transparency and fair compensation for our artists.

    What is a co-publishing agreement, and how does it work?

    A co-publishing agreement covers the ownership and administration of your songs (the music and lyrics). We work with writers on a co-publishing split. Our dedicated publishing service actively promotes your songs for sync licensing opportunities and handles all administrative tasks related to your compositions.

    III. Revenue Sharing

    How does your revenue-sharing model work?

    Our revenue sharing is based on a combination of royalty payments and participation in a profit pool. This model aligns our interests with our artists, incentivizing mutual success.

    How do the Tiers work?

    Artists are grouped into performance tiers based on their streaming revenue. Each tier has a dedicated percentage of the total profit pool. Within each tier, artists receive a share of their tier's allocation based on their individual streaming revenue.

    How do I get paid?

    We will send you regular statements detailing your earnings and then issue payments one of our preferred payment methods (e.g., check, Venmo, PayPal, BTC/ETH].

    IV. Merchandise Agreements

    Can I get vinyl records made of my music?

    Yes, we do offer vinyl record production for eligible artists. Vinyl releases are typically triggered based on achieving certain performance tiers within our revenue-sharing system.

    What is your policy on merchandise for tours?

    We offer a range of tour merchandise options for eligible artists. Tour merchandise availability and specific offerings are generally based on achieving certain performance tiers.

    How do I get paid for merch sales?

    We will include your share of merchandise profits in your regular royalty payments.
