Submission Agreement
Review the terms below before submitting your music to Best Coast Records.
No Unsolicited Material Return: We cannot accept responsibility for any unsolicited material submitted to us. Please do not send original master recordings, artwork, or other physical materials.
Music Ownership: By submitting your music, you represent that you own or control all rights to the music you are submitting, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions to do so. You also confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement.
No Guarantee of Response: Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we cannot guarantee a personal response to every submission. If we are interested in your music, we will contact you within 4-6 weeks.
Use of Submitted Material (Limited): By submitting your music, you grant Best Coast Records a limited, non-exclusive license to listen to your music for the purpose of evaluating it for potential signing. We will not use your music for any other purpose without your express written consent.
No Implied Agreement: This submission does not create any implied agreement or partnership between you and Best Coast Records. A formal written agreement will be required before any business relationship is established.
Confidentiality: While we will treat your submission with professional care, we cannot guarantee complete confidentiality. If you are submitting highly sensitive material, you may wish to consider registering your works with the U.S. Copyright Office before submitting.
Acceptance of Terms: By submitting your music, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
